At Howling Flower Apothecary, we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch herbal remedies with minimal ingredients. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible products within 1 week of purchase under the following conditions:

✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
✅ You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
❌ Opened or used products due to safety and hygiene concerns.
❌ Custom or personalized orders.
❌ Items purchased on clearance or final sale.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1️⃣ Contact Us at howlingflower@icloud.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

2️⃣ Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

3️⃣ Ship Your Item (If Required) – If a return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

4️⃣ Refund or Exchange Process

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the funds.
• If exchanging, we will send a replacement product as soon as possible.
